Full complement double row cylindrical roller bearing
Full complement cylindrical roller bearings utilize a cageless design to achieve maximum roller capacity. For the same width, they offer higher radial load capacity and a smaller radial cross-section compared to caged bearings, but have a lower limiting speed. Their dimensional tolerances and geometric deviations conform to the P0 tolerance class of GB/T307.1-94, with a standard radial clearance of C0, while rubber and plastic screw extruders often use a C3 clearance group. These bearings must withstand a minimum load (C/P) to maintain normal operation; during installation, direct external forces on the rollers and flanges must be avoided.
Based on structural differences, they can be divided into series such as NNC/SL01, NNCL/SL02, and NCF…V/SL18: NNC/SL01 features a split outer ring without axial load capacity; NNCL/SL02 allows axial displacement between the bearing housing and the shaft; NCF…V/SL18 achieves unidirectional positioning through locking rings.
Some models employ a self-locking roller assembly design, suitable for extremely heavy loads and low-speed applications.
Applications span gear drives, rolling mills, crane pulleys, marine equipment, and the oil and gas industry, with typical sizes ranging from 100 to 2000 mm in outer diameter. Optimized design includes custom raceway/roller profiles to reduce size and weight, optimized stress distribution, and surface texturing to reduce friction.
