满装双列圆柱滚子轴承
满装圆柱滚子轴承采用无保持架设计,以实现最大的滚子承载能力。与保持架轴承相比,在相同宽度下,它们具有更高的径向承载能力和更小的径向截面,但极限转速较低。它们的尺寸公差和几何偏差符合 GB/T307.1-94 的 P0 公差等级,标准径向游隙为 C0,而橡胶和塑料螺杆挤出机通常使用 C3 游隙组。这些轴承必须承受最小载荷 (C/P) 以维持正常运行;在安装过程中,必须避免滚子和法兰受到直接外力作用。
根据结构的不同,它们可分为 NNC/SL01、NNCL/SL02 和 NCF...V/SL18 等系列:NNC/SL01 的外圈为剖分式,无轴向承载能力;NNCL/SL02 允许轴承座和轴之间产生轴向位移;NCF...V/SL18 通过锁环实现单向定位。
某些型号采用自锁滚子组件设计,适用于超重负荷和低速应用。
应用范围包括齿轮传动、轧机、起重机滑轮、船用设备以及石油和天然气工业,典型尺寸为外径 100 毫米至 2000 毫米。优化设计包括定制滚道/滚轮轮廓以减小尺寸和重量、优化应力分布和表面纹理以减少摩擦。
